BLK SPORT NAMED OFFICIAL PERFORMANCE APPAREL PARTNER OF THE NEW YORK OPEN

BLK Sport has been named the official performance apparel partner of the 2020 New York Open, returning to NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in February.

As part of the partnership, BLK Sport will outfit all of the tournament’s team members, including ball kids and staff as well as all volunteers. The company will also run the on-site merchandise store throughout the tournament as well as the first ever New York Open online shop.

Showcasing some of the best tennis players from around the world to the greater New York metropolitan area for the third time, the 2020 New York Open has a 28-player main singles draw which will include defending champion Reilly Opelka. The full tournament field, running February 9-16, will be announced in January.

The New York Open made its debut on Long Island February 11-18, 2018 at the newly renovated state-of-the-art NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. This ATP World Tour 250 Series event is one of only 10 United States men’s professional tennis tournaments held on tour today, and the sole indoor championship in the country. This year The Home of The Black Courts will feature Kei Nishikori, 2018 champion Kevin Anderson, Nick Kyrgios, 2019 champion Reilly Opelka and 2019 finalist Brayden Schnur. This will be the 3rd year in which GF Sports and NYCB LIVE will return the New York Open to New York.
